This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which LuxeVolks (we, us) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each a “User) of the LuxeVolks website (“site”). We may receive Users’ personal information from social media platforms when users sign up for our site via their social media accounts wherever we enable them. In these cases, we retrieve information from users’ social media account to construct their account on our site.
When do we collect personal information?
Information is collected from Users whilst accessing our site/services, including but not limited to, whenever a User registers an account with us, when a User fills up one of our enquiry forms, when a User makes a purchase or when a User makes a payment via one of our 3rd party payment providers.
We may ask Users to create an account or to provide their e-mail, address and/or phone number on certain pages or to access certain services. However, we only procure said information when Users offer them voluntarily and Users can choose to access our site anonymously by avoiding the pages or not engaging services that require such information.

We may also share personal information with our 3rd party payment providers in order to complete transactions made by Users.
We may share personal information with 3rd party social media sites should Users choose to register their LuxeVolks account using information from their own social media accounts.
We may disclose and/or allow access to collected personal information pursuant to a legal request (subpoena, legal proceedings, search warrant, court order, et cetera) or in compliance with applicable laws, if we have a good faith belief that we are required by law to do so and will do so with or without your notice.

Use of Cookies
LuxeVolks and Wix utilize Cookies to track site performance and personalize site experience to the User. The User’s web browser places Cookies, a small text file, on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them.

Communications from LuxeVolks
We may utilize your personal information to send Users e-mails and notification within our platform about promotional Content or about our loyalty program.

These requests would be contingent on the suspension of any services reliant on restricted/deleted information and also on our capability to continue providing any services impacted by requests to amend User information.
Users are welcome to write in via enquiry or email to make these requests at no charge (barring requests that are sufficiently excessive or unfounded to incur additional costs on our part).

Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from children under the age of 13. Our services are not intended for children under 13 nor are they targeted at this demographic. We urge parents or legal guardians to restrict children under their care from accessing our site or from divulging their personal information to us.
However, in the event that personal information of a child under the care of a parent or guardian is submitted to us, the parent/guardian hereby consents to our processing of said information and accept and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy on behalf of the child.

LuxeVolks DOES NOT GUARANTEE the security of any information you provide to any 3rd party sites or payment providers. When you provide information to us, it is securely stored on Wix’s server and only accessed for the purposes stated in this Policy.
While we associate our site with 3rd party sites/providers for Users’ conveniences, we have zero control over how personal information is handled on these linked sites and personal information from these sites may not be shared with us.
